With HelpWire, I can securely connect to your computer and provide personalized, hands-on assistance without you having to leave your home or office. Getting started is easy — just follow the three steps below.

Step 1

Contact Chance The IT Guy to request remote assistance. I’ll send you a personalized HelpWire connection link via email, text message, or our preferred method of communication.

Step 2

Once the download is complete, locate and open the HelpWire application on your computer. There’s no complicated installation or account registration required.

Step 3

When my connection request appears in HelpWire, simply click Grant Access to authorize the remote support session. You may also see a popup to grant admin permissions.

You're In Control Your privacy and security are important to me. HelpWire uses encrypted connections, and you remain in control throughout your attended remote support session. You decide when to grant access and can disconnect at any time.
