Download
Click on one of the buttons below that correspond to your operating system. This downloads the software. Nothing is installed on your device.
Run
Run or start the downloaded software then provide the “ID” near the top left, underneath “Your Desktop” to your technician.
Accept
You will see a popup asking you if you want to accept the connection, please Accept. You can end the session at anytime.
