Follow the three simple steps below to obtain assistance from Chance The IT Guy.
Chat
Chat with us using the “Chat” button on the bottom left of every page. A link will be provided to you which will automatically download the client.
Launch
Launch the software when it downloads by either clicking on it in your browser or by double clicking on it in your “Downloads” folder.
Approve
Once the program starts, you will see a prompt to approve the session. Please approve this as well as any requests for admin access.
If our primary client doesn’t work for any reason, you may go here to use an alternate method.
